By posting the names (and even photos), responsibilities, and phone numbers of personnel, employees can streamline their search for the right person to get in touch with.

Meeting Room Scheduling.
Employees can easily find and reserve meeting rooms. Once a room is booked, conflicts are eliminated by clearly blocking time slots.

In order for documents and information to be useful, it must be found! A search engine will do this easily and efficiently.
